Try Transit Week

Save Money. Save Time. Try Transit!
September 19 - 23, 2011

Across Virginia solo drivers are trying transit and experiencing the many benefits transit has to offer – including saving money and time! Try transit between September 19 and 23 and you could win a year’s free transit pass and two round-trip tickets on Amtrak Virginia!*

In April, Governor Bob McDonnell challenged all Virginians to try a form of transportation other than driving alone, once every 10 days. If you haven't accepted the challenge yet, Try Transit Week is a great time to get on board. If we all accepted the challenge, peak time congestion could be drastically reduced.

Pledge to Try Transit here!
